Fallout Great Lakes is a player-driven roleplay community where storytelling is the beating heart of our world. Every faction, settlement, and adventure is built through collaboration between players and our Storyteller/Administrator team. If you’ve got the imagination, fairness, and dedication to help guide others through immersive Fallout roleplay, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

What Storytellers Do

Storytellers (STs) are the creative force behind the world. They:

  • Run Events & Arcs – From small encounters to long-term campaigns.

  • Support Player Stories – Help bring personal character plots into the larger world.

  • Maintain Lore Consistency – Ensure stories fit the Fallout Great Lakes setting and tone.

  • Encourage Roleplay – Create opportunities for interaction, conflict, and cooperation.

  • IC Reward Concierge - Process and handle XP and IC rewards issuing. From special items and weapons to XP for more SPECIAL points (Limited number earnable per character. Most rewards are usable only in a PVE scenario)

What Administrators Do

Administrators (Admins) are the community’s steady hands. They:

  • Enforce Rules – Keep roleplay fair, fun, and respectful for everyone.

  • Handle Disputes – Mediate conflicts and resolve issues quickly.

  • Support Storytellers – Help with event logistics and world-building oversight.

  • Keep the Community Running – Oversee applications, permissions, and moderation.

Core Policies & Values

Our team operates by a few simple, front-facing principles:

  • Fairness – No favoritism; all players are treated equally.

  • Transparency – Decisions that affect roleplay are explained openly.

  • Collaboration – Storytellers and Admins work with players, not against them.

  • Respect – IC conflict stays IC; OOC interactions remain courteous.

  • Creativity First – We value imagination, flexibility, and the drive to make roleplay fun.

Joining the Team

  • Consistent Time Commitment (Not Full Time but consistent)

  • Want to build a world, not just control it.
